Sometimes members help by reporting obviously blatant issues as well. 

I would write down all the details, take photos and/or video of the job site, and report him to the licensing board immediately.Start looking for a new contractor immediately.

With that, I'd like ask for recommendations of a Realtor in SA that understands investors but most importantly has an intimate knowledge of the SA market.Thank you in advance for your recommendations and knowledge as we are excited to be apart of the BiggerPockets family.Clint
