Newbie - Looking for San Antonio Real Estate Agent

Hello all!

We have listened to pod-casts, read books and evaluated numerous properties in both Austin and San Antonio using the calculators and we finally feel comfortable enough to start buying properties, YES!

Based off our situation and the current market we believe San Antonio is the best location for our success.  With that, I'd like ask for recommendations of a Realtor in SA that understands investors but most importantly has an intimate knowledge of the SA market.
