Just be a little aware that BP is US focused.

I also sold my properties in WI and IL and started focusing on Atlanta as I wanted to have direct flight from SFO.

I’m still researching which niche I want to focus on so my involvement in real estate thus far has mostly been educating myself and I’m getting more excited by the day.

Hi @Marc Latreille ,My advice: Focus on getting the first deal.

Thereafter, I’d like to focus on my Sports Agency business and continue building wealth - perhaps progress to commercial deals!

I would focus on finding the best deal you can based on what you are learning on BP, buy a ton of equity on deal one and enjoy the benefits of an FHA loan.

Suggest you focus on very private person or restricted HOA(gated). 

I hope you prove me wrong but I would suggest focusing on off market deals.
