Another option I ran across is using a gator lender (pace morby's method) to JV on the deal.

So I have been listening and watching a ton of BP podcasts and decided the BRRRR method would be the way we should go on top of flipping houses every once in a while when it makes sense.

I'm about to dive into the driving for dollars method and would love to know other people's views/experiences on these two companies as well.
