Here's my goal:Own 10+ properties and cash flowing a minimum $4000/month by the age of 35 and build my self-directed Roth IRA to $2,000,000 by the age of 45 through RE investments.Strategy:I plan to have most/all my properties be buy and hold investments that are rentals and maybe a few Airbnb.
