Howdy! A Soon-to-be Military Real Estate Investor!
Howdy y'all! My name is Mikhail Llauder, I am 24 yrs old, recent Texas A&M Graduate, and I'm currently serving in the United States Air Force as a Cyber Security Officer!
Here's my goal:
Own 10+ properties and cash flowing a minimum $4000/month by the age of 35 and build my self-directed Roth IRA to $2,000,000 by the age of 45 through RE investments.
Strategy:
I plan to have most/all my properties be buy and hold investments that are rentals and maybe a few Airbnb. I want to house flip foreclosures to build my Roth IRA.
First Milestone:
Buy my first property as a multi-family home at my first military assignment, house-hack it and Airbnb my side when I'm out of town; all to cash flow a minimum of $300/month.
I hope I can find some great members on here that can help guide me to accomplishing my goals! Hope to talk to y'all soon!

@Angie Shires I honestly do not have my finances figured out. I have saved enough money to possibly put a down payment if I find the right deal. I'm still learning how to find hard lenders, which banks to talk to and win, how to refinance, and when I can receive and use a HELOC. As to actually finding them, I'm a little lost where to take my first step.
On your other point, I definitely want to start and focus on multifamily home. To me, they appear to be the best option for cash flowing and less management in comparison to an equivalent number of single family. I am currently looking at a few options to help manage and maintain in one area that I'm looking at!
