Heck I'm seeing veterans do it now.

I know 3 months of marketing isn't a lot to go off but to me when I go to my REIA and speak with the veterans of that group they all seem to be making it rain on marketing which creates some doubt in my mind as you can imagine.

It wasn't working that well, BUT it inspired a new business, where I acquired a bunch of vintage furniture and then started renting it to brides getting married or photographers.

I used to have a professional photographer go do this, and then make them into little books to hand out to prospective customers....
