Like I mentioned above, we aren't trying to find a get rich type thing, just a better spot to keep our funds while things come together.

The things that concern me are there was some water spots in the basement but the owner says someone put a hose in the window well and left it running.

Although I didn't get the Pierce Street deal secure due to a deposit issue, I did, however, manage to get one of my new buyers/associates the details on this sweet deal so that he can get his offer in.
