Dear BPs I finally signed my first contract. Since its my first deal, anxious about the rehab process. I am in south Florida Here is the pictures of property https://app.box.com/s/285orrr5j5n189ci3x1o2bgot9usb0og Looking at pictures can you guys advice me 1). if I should hire GC or sub contractors ?? 2) what all things I should renovate completely ?? What all things I can re use it or keep it as it is?? In other words what all exact rehab I should do on the property to make this property best?? Detail advice will be really helpful to me! 3) any customized designing suggestions?? Such as moving or removing any walls etc ?? Experienced eyes can see things which I may be missing. Your advice will help me a lot. 4) and at last rough estimates of each things which I need to rehab ! Looking to hear from you guys Komal
