I am a newbie looking to land my first real estate deal by the time I am thirty!

We have a rental house, excellent shape (complete remodel) currently rented out and only have had it a year. 

I think growth in the area is mediocre and the best case for this property is to buy out the attached business in the back and rent that as well, then hold for commercial redevelopment of the land. 

From that point you can transfer your portions of different investments into their own “child” series (Child Series LLC-Property2, Child Series LLC-Property3) with no cap on the maximum number of child series you can create.This would be done through the operating agreement established for the “child” series and Land Trust that the property is housed under.

I can say that I will not be able to use the land as collateral which I believe may be a big hurdle.
