Mobile Homes allowed in Philadelphia?

Hi all,

Does anybody have any insight on the use of mobile homes in Philadelphia? Are you allowed to install them on parcels of land? I did look into the zoning code but couldn’t find the answer.

Let's ignore whether the city would let you, which I seriously doubt. One, have you seen the housing they're building for temple students these days? You'd have trouble getting renters and your cost to purchase the land in any decent area around temple is quite high these days. Two, even if the city would allow it, the entire neighborhood would hate you, including the university, the local residents, the students & the large property owners.
