Mobile Home Rentals I have land but can't use as collateral

I am new to Bigger Pockets and New to Real Estate. I am looking for advice for my situation. My family has mobile home lots that are empty and I am wanting to purchase mobile homes to fill the lots. I just don't know where to start. I have looked at new and used but really just don't have a clue. Any guidance would be helpful. I can say that I will not be able to use the land as collateral which I believe may be a big hurdle. I look forward to the advice and insight of everyone.
