Hello everyone!

Getting my profile up and running and looking to participate more in the forums. I am a newbie looking to land my first real estate deal by the time I am thirty! (Currently 28). RE investing focus would be single family, small multifamily, and potentially commercial. I am a chiropractor in Omaha as part of my day job and would want to eventually own the space I practice in.

My wife and I purchased our first home a little over a year ago in a FSBO. It was a great learning experience and took some of the fear out of the RE transaction. I am saddled with student loan debt but want to build wealth and gain financial freedom. Currently reading, Rich Dad, Poor Dad after so many recommendations on the podcast.

Looking forward to engaging with the forums and meeting people in my community. I've learned quite a bit in the last few months as I work to make the dream of being RE investor a reality, but have a long way to go!

Jace
