Greetings, I purchased a property back in 2022 for myself but with hopes of rehabbing and renting it out.

It's gone pretty bland without innovative ideas, creative financing, creative ways to advertise, success stories, all the focus is on very bland investing.

I am looking at a prospective out of state long distance deal that has been difficult to obtain lending on as there is both a regular home and mobile home on the same property and the mobile home causes the potential investment to not meet conventional guidelines and therefore not even DSCR loans are an option.

Upping the budget for a proper property is not an issue.

All my properties are in Broward / Miami-Dade and we have seen values decline slightly. 

Financing the purchase and maintenance for a plane is a far trickier and riskier feat than flying it.

Have a rental property  already.

We also hope to invest in a commercial property for our clinic eventually and rent suites out to other providers.
