New Real Estate Investor in SC

My name is Erica!  My husband and I currently reside in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.  We own a specialized chiropractic clinic in the Park West area.  One of our goals is to invest in real estate for short term and long term rental use.  We also hope to invest in a commercial property for our clinic eventually and rent suites out to other providers.  We are very new to the real estate investing world and still have a lot to learn!  Right now, we are working on building capital for our first investment.  We are open to investors helping us, but need to learn more about this process as well.  If you are in the area and would like to connect, that would be awesome!  We are open to any advice or recommendations.
