Yes, one syndicator I invested with started to provide all documents, statements, distribution history and the like online.

I think there cost are a little high but in line with all the others if found on line.  

I bought an online real estate pre-license course on Black Friday 2017 and passed my state exam 2/9/18. 

With that said, much of my activity is off the MLS so properties and owners I work with don't appear online.
