Do any syndicators out there offer electronic Apps or a website for their investors so they can track their shares and their return results?  So they can check in to whenever they want to see how their investments are doing?  If not, then what do you use?

We do.  Investors have a personalized online portal where they can log in and see all of their investments, capital contributions, distributions, quarterly reports, K-1s, emails, etc.  They can also see details on the properties such as address, statistics, data on the loan, pictures etc.

When we have new offerings they can see those too and invest at the click of the mouse and electronically sign their subscription documents. There is also an archive for all due diligence exhibits so they can access those and they remain available throughout the life of the investment.

Our clients love it because they can see all of their investments, all of their accounts (such as IRA, trust, LLC etc) with investments segregated by account, and it works on mobile devices. It's the ultimate tool for transparency.

And we love it because we spend less time re-sending misplaced K-1s and reports and it greatly streamlined the investor onboarding process.
