I've gone down the path with many a buyer who ultimately couldn't close for a variety of reasons and it costs a lot of money in holding time if I put it to Pending and I lose all that marketing opportunity.Case in point; Last week I accepted an offer from an FHA buyer on a deal I've only owned 2 weeks.
