Any house flippers leave property active after entering contract

We have had a couple situations where a buyer wraps up a property on a conventional loan, then it takes 4 weeks for them to find out they were not approved.  

We just got another contract for an FHA buyer for one of our houses where the closing is already moved out 6 weeks and are considering asking if we can leave active on the MLS?

In this situation the buyer is "pre-approved" for $130k and offered $129k for the property so we are not too confident in a full approval.

Does anyone ask for this when negotiating the sale?
