Rich Dad Poor Dad Coaching

Hello there, I just got off the phone with a Rich Dad Poor Dad consultant and he informed me that with their coaching of ($5000) they would be able to get me a rental property within the next 60 days with no money down, no money out of pocket, no credit checks, etc. For me it seems too good to be true and a good chunk of change to put out without many positive reviews online. Has anyone had any experience with them? If so, is this worth it? Is it possible to do what they are saying? Thank you, Brad
