Example people might know gas cost, toilet paper etc. down to the penny to save but when they need a small box of finishing nails for 1.50 they do not know it costs the store maybe 10 cents.

Hello BP I’m building new construction house, hired painter bid was 15,800 and I buy all material, I paid him 8,000 when job was 80% complete, now I look and horrible quality, they did not putty nail holes on Millwork, can see siding through thin layer of paint, light oversprays on hardwood , cabinets and walls, worse staining job on cedar you will ever see… told him to fix and he paint brushed made it much worse - what do I do? 

For now, we have been laser-focused on nailing ARV's as we are in a weird market currently (as I'm sure you're aware!)

Never knew someone could put so many nails/tacks in walls, there were probably 400+ removed.
