Looking for repair/replace estimates
Hi guys - I'm looking for a fellow fix/flipper or contractor to give a rough estimate of the costs involved to do the following. I'm not familiar with how much these things typically run. Any direction would be very helpful.
1) take existing oak cabinetry and refinish in white
2) install hvac for 1500 sqft house : 5 bedrooms spanning 2 floors

John,
Here is a site that can help you and give you some idea and it is based on the area you want to do work, just put in the zip code.

But i would say you may be looking at about 1-2,000 for the cabinet painting and the hvac it depends on what you want to do, existing house that walls may have to be opened and repaired or split systems, but it could run you 8-15,000 possibly, are you also using one 5 ton unit or two units ( one for each floor). one for each floor would be the best to go, one unit in attic and one in the basement, this way the vents are either dropped through the ceiling or through the floor on the first floor, and no walls have to be opened.
