Rehab costs rising with inflation

I am curious to know, with the way inflation is rising. How is everyone doing on their rehab budgets? Have you been able to maintain similar pricing for the work you are contracting or are you seeing a significant increase?

I am looking for a crew to install some concrete for a project I am working on.

Replied

Roughly 2.6 yards of concrete.
Ask your concrete company or contractor if there is a minimum order plus a delivery charge.
To avoid this get a contractor with a mixer and have sand and gravel delivered.  You should have cheap enough labor to cut your cost significantly. Decide if you want wire mesh or I would recommend using fiberglass rods for this size project.
