If you're looking to spend top dollar on RE education, there are Canadian specific programs (REIN is the big one) and coaches which I would investigate. 

Hello,As Account Closed asked I am also curious  if the property is located by Fairmont Ave, if so, then there are some similarly priced properties in that area, however if it's located basically anywhere else in Lockport it sounds like a good deal worth investigating.

We immediately called the HOA to contact the owner of the upstairs unit to shut off water and investigate the issue and had a water mitigation company (ServPro) come. 

I do not know if residential rental agreements can include clauses for forced placed insurance, but I am going to investigate because I'm now curious. 

The only way you'll understand the difference is to study business ethics and investigate what is customary and acceptable in you state and local area. :)       

Hope they hold out, sounds like they will be selectively investigating a number of smaller acreage properties in the near term.

But if you hosted events, like a block party, this would give you the opportunity to do some investigation into those mysterious "friends" that keep "visiting", a head count of kids, who is sub letting, etc.
