When is Tenant Appreciation day and do you celebrate? Thinking this could be an incentive for tenants to and who pay on time. If you participate, what do you do for your tenants.

Tenant appreciation day is on the 2nd of every month.  Tenants who pay on time don't get served with a pay or quit notice!!!!  :)
