Starting out as a real estate investor what is your advice for beginning investment in mobile homes within Texas?

I have bought 3 mobile homes in parks and the results have been pretty good. I bought one for 2000 and sold for 3500, another for 600 sold for 4000 and one for 5500 sold for 7500. I am getting payments on all except one because the guy just paid me off. 

Currently I'm in the process of getting land  through a tax sale in order to place a new one on my own land. That way i will have more control of my investment.
