If the answer is no, you probably won't be able to find buyers.The key is knowing what investors would be willing to pay...that takes education, research and knowledge of your buyer market...

I'm not as familiar with the city as many are on here, I've always used other people's knowledge, but you can get a lot of help on these forums as far as best neighborhoods, etc.

Currently, VRM has been awarded the contract for selling VA, though PRIMELENDING has been awarded the lending contract and will in time be offering VENDEE financing again.

I find him knowledgeable and he definitely makes accounting and legal issues sound entertaining.You will know what I mean if you have get a chance to see him present and speak.

I know the terms... and did buy my 2nd rental subject to the HML in place... but my knowledge of particular situations is pretty substandard.
