Help Needed
Hello All,
This is my first time posting on the group. I am new to real estate investing, I closed my first 3 wholesale deals a few weeks ago. I wanted to ask the group a question about a possible deal. I had a lady call me because she is 9 months behind on her loan. She hurt her back and isn't working as much as she used to, and her husband was laid off. She owes $98,000 on her mortgage and her house is worth about the same, but she said it needs a new roof, new hot water tank, and new carpet. This house is in tulsa, OK BTW. I know there isn't any money there for a wholesale deal, and I don't think the money is there for a subject 2 either. Do you guys think this is a short sale deal? All thoughts and options welcome.
