Hi, does anyone have a good CPA or firm that you would recommend?  

We learned so much as far as the complexities of Hawaii's transient accommodations tax, zoning and Airbnb hosting.

All are hosted either by military members or recently separated/retired military:- Military Cashflow podcast with @Dan Wynn and Mike Glaspie (Mike is a real estate agent)- The Military Millionaire podcast with David Pere and Alex Felice- Active Duty Passive Income podcast with Kevin Brenner

I would need a host service to operate since I live away.

Pre approval process needs to be a bit more firm, but in a general agreement financing contingency is always there even if buyer is pre approved.

Hi BPI am sharing how my first month went as an STR Host.

Lenders are having a bad time right now, if they survive this market, they probably have a firm understanding of what they are doing.

What I meant is that there are many pages dedicated to travel workers on facebook, like "travel nurse housing" or "pacific northwest travel nursing" etc where you find travelers looking for spaces and hosts sharing their listings.

@Kushal Dalal If you have been using LLCs thus far and are familiar with the process, I would continue to use them and use one per property regardless of state, unless the property values were very low then maybe I would consider trying to put several into one LLC to simplify things on the administrative side.Another thing to consider is that with STRs, you typically have some host liability coverage through the booking platform and be sure to get a specific STR policy through your insurer as that will cover more on the liability front than a standard insurance policy would.  

This would allow me to easily split the living areas and provide an "entire space" to list on Airbnb as most travelers do not want to share breakfast with their host!
