Need Advice on Multiple vs Single LLC for STR in multiple states.

I am looking for investing in STR next year across multiple states. The states will be mostly PA, NY and FL. I have currently few long term rentals and for every property I have LLC and all those LTR are in NJ. Need advice that for STR for every property should I create separate LLC or one LLC for one state and all properties of that state can be under one LLC? Also is it better to have one LLC that would manage all the different state STRs or every property should have one LLC no matter it is in one state or different? I know that more LLCs will require more work in terms of filings and other stuff but are there any other pros and cons which one should be aware of? Most of the properties I am planning to buy are all will be cash deal.
