20 Year Old Starting Out With Real Estate Investing

Hello, as the title says I am 20 years old and I want to start learning about real estate investing. I'm currently serving active duty in the military stationed over in Honolulu HI. The reason I am deciding to create this post is because I'm looking for advice on books, websites, etc. of any good sources to gain knowledge on real estate. What would any advice you have for someone young that wants to learn be? Thank you all for your help!
