China real estate market defidently is slowing down, it was going u too fast so 5yrs ago our federal government forced all tier 1-2-3 cities in China with purchase restrictions (maximum 3 residential property allowed to own per HOUSEHOLD), now 5yrs later when it's actually slowing down, they lose the restriction again to tier 1 city only and release the restriction on tier 2-3 cities, which is stupid cos nobody is buying anyway.

Yet he fails to mention (or say thank you) that government subsidies on wheat and dairy products are saving him over $1 per pizza.I guess some people just like to focus on the negative and ignore the positive.

Right or wrong, our society is not just going to cut those people off.There will always be people out there who choose not to work and would rather just have a handout, and our government will always be there to provide it to them.So, if I were you, I would sleep soundly at night knowing that your Section 8 payments are safe.Just my two cents.
