Obamacare rent tax

For those of us who are passive investors 2013 brings new federal gross rent tax of 3.58%, thanks to Obmacare. It is one of the myriad of new taxes passed by the Social Democrats. How are other passive investors of the BP nation handling it? I intend to raise rents by that amount and inform the tenants that it is the new Federal Rent Tax passed by the Social Democrats and explain that if they don't like it they need to change the leadership in Washington next time they vote.

Great attitude by facisist Republicans, if you can't contribute 3.58% to the society from which you profit, you're not very successful. Intemidating your tenants might not work out for you.

Be thankful you have tenants that might be less likely to get behind with rents since they can be insured paying the highest health care costs in the world that take many to bankruptcy and poor credit histories.
