These properties can fly under the radar of many buyers and provide you with some monthly rental income. 

They often fly along the beach/trail front looking for fish or whatever.

And We are living about 15 hour flying from there south bend ...

Some are paying cash, but mortgages are still flying off the shelf, so its all about the deals and now some flippers have bought junk, tried to paint them with lipstick and are dropping their shorts to get stuff sold.

I would not want to have a replace a glass carafe on the fly between guests.

She is unsure if she's able to fly out to furnish her property. 

Also, when running the numbers consider the costs of possibly having to fly there a couple times to set everything up.
