Out of State Furnishings

I have an out of state investor that's looking to buy and use her property as an MTR.  She is unsure if she's able to fly out to furnish her property.  What are some methods that people use for out of state furnishings? I plan on offering my services for this but don't know how much to charge for it.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I have seen out of state investors using showplacewholesale or hevenle to design and furnish your STR and get photo ready. There are some interior designers who travel to your rental,stay in your rental and get it ready for a fee.
