Ask hard money for extension?

It sounds like its extensive enough of a project that you'll be re-doing the sub floor and finished floor regardless.

Travelled extensively (& overseas) with all the kids several times a year & still do. 

I am in contract to purchase a hud home, I have filed a few extensions to close due to lender delays.

Extensive exterior rehab including painting, new windows, gutters and roof repairs, and I took advantage of a city grant to remove the grass and install xeroscape landscape to reduce water consumption.

We do extensive six figure rehabs on buildings 100+yrs old 2.

It’s almost as if the rear half was being used by the occupants of the home at the back as an “extension” to their yard.The survey shows the boundaries as expected and also shows the fence on the lot.Should I be worried about buying something like this?

I did extensive renovations.

We are contemplating selling the old building (with the 5 tenants) and just keeping the new extension.

I am new to real estate and even though I researched tenant/landlord relations extensively before I bought this house I feel like I havent followed what I learned on this site and various books and am already getting into a bad tenant situation.
