Need help getting out of a flip
Hi people. So I made a post recently about my first flipping adventure. The problem I am having is that it was just a flop and it doesn't look like it will sell before my HM loan is due. Bank most likely will not refi since it's in an entity. I'm not really sure what else I can do at this point. Does anyone have experience here?

first impression is everything. definitely get a new picture taken!
