Need help getting out of a flip

Myung Yi
Posted

Hi people.  So I made a post recently about my first flipping adventure.  The problem I am having is that it was just a flop and it doesn't look like it will sell before my HM loan is due.  Bank most likely will not refi since it's in an entity.  I'm not really sure what else I can do at this point.  Does anyone have experience here?

That's all awesome info Victor.  Yeah, that picture is old.  I was originally going to just lay some gravel but that got delayed so the pics were taken before that was done.  I ended just paying a little extra for asphalt.  I guess it would be better to just pay extra to have new pictures taken, or at least for the ones for the out side.

first impression is everything. definitely get a new picture taken!
