So, the best thing to do, is make sure you get the list in an excel format, so that you can speed up the time to sort and scrub the data.

We have excellent credit, so financing through a bank would be possible (as scary as a second mortgage sounds right now).

Nonetheless, I'm a strong believer that a market like the Bay Area, namely SF, will always be an excellent long term hold investment if it wasn't for the almost certain appreciation alone.
