Does anyone have a recommendation for an attorney in the Baton Rouge area, or elsewhere in Louisiana?  I am prepared to get the ball rolling on my next property, but want to begin on a solid foundation by having a professional review:

  • My lease template
  • Possibly create an LLC
  • Due-on-sale clause and quitclaim applicability
  • Other documents I've not thought of...
