I do worry about the difficulty of finding a CPA who knows real estate well enough to be able to impart this knowledge though.

I think they experienced great difficulties having children and must of used some sort of fertilization program and that's why she had twins.

It all goes with your strategy and how much risk you are willing to take on.But don't underestimate the difficulty of finding the 'right' property either.
