Very simply - i am looking for an existing group/company that currently manages/operates and/or owns assisted living facilities in Texas/Oklahoma or someone that is able to run a facility with live-in-managers from afar.  

There's a very nice country club here, comparatively small, underutilized (tee times never a problem) but a great facility, 18 holes, 8 courts, including 4 clay, and nice pool and competitive swim team.Home prices peaked years ago, dropped, and are now in what I would call a buyers market.  700K would buy a lot of house. 

May be worth seeking out an attorney who only handles Cook County evictions for some advice.

Some I don't even use an application because no one speaks English, they don't have bank accounts and work in all cash businesses (landscaper, mason, bakery, restaurant cook, etc).

@D'Angelo Cook, we recommend that you have an image, but you can interact and use the site without one.

You might also consider installing a second boiler and have both of them be gas rather than oil, if gas is available.The water and electrical systems will need to be submetered also, if that's part of your plan, buy remember that some lighting and other facilities will need to be common.
