right now i use mojo to cold call expireds and fsbo. it cost me about $100 a month to use their triple line dialer.i am getting sick of cold calling, i dont like it but i am kind of good at it........was wondering if there is any other way to spend $100 a month that you like and gain some business

Cold calling, door knocking, direct mail, can also aid.

I've seen some nice press about his work.  

Some marketing is free (money) if you have the time.... going door to door, driving for dollars, cold-calling, handwritten/hand-delivered yellow letters, attending REIA meetings, posting content on social media, etc...

During the recent ice storm a tenant called complaining that I had to do something to keep the cold from coming through the windows.

I'm hoping to avoid just cold calling them.

We verified with the water dept that we could sub-meter and charge tenants for water and then placed the actual meters off the main water supply for each unit.These little water meters were not that expensive and they work like this: The meter is placed on the cold line that goes to the water heater and reads actual usage by the tenant.  

Hey everyone, I'm brand new to the world of real estate agents and I have quickly found that cold calling of every form can be a huge part of any agents repertoire.

We formed and changed managers to the holding company BEFORE putting any value into the entity, otherwise you have the transfer tax issue to contend with.Best advice - seek competent PA council that knows this stuff cold.
