FHA lowering monthly mortgage insurance

Im not sure if anyone has heard this yet, but I thought it would be an interesting article to discuss. FHA is making loans easier and more affordable by the day. If you ever asked if we reached the peak? what do you think?

FHA has lowered the monthly mortgage insurance a borrower pays by almost 30%. What does this mean for the borrower? More buying power as on a $300,000 loan the borrower now pays roughly $50 less a month on the monthly mortgage insurance.
