The state of Texas or California reciprocates with no other states which means that by having a Georgia broker license or a Florida broker license you will have to start all over in taking classes and the state exam to become a real estate agent in Texas or California.

I can't help you with that, but I do know you can look up special first-time home buyer programs offered in your area, like VHDA in Virginia will work with first-time home buyers, usually requiring a class, then they provide the extra loan for down payment funds on an FHA.

I just went to a CE class and this was a major topic under " real estate law" and basically the ODRE has decided it is illegal to wholesale in Ohio. now with that said.... its also illegal to speed, jay walk, hell its even illegal to text and drive the real question is will you listen to the people saying this or will you wait until you get caught?
