I would like to know if there is a attorney in Cincinnati who is real estate investing freindly. Every real estate investor who is not aware assumes that wholesaling is illegal. Any suggestions?

Wholesaling is not illegal in Ohio. There are definitely gray areas of wholesaling that may not be ethical or legal, but that is in every state.

I suggest that you consult with a qualified and competent real estate attorney in the state of Ohio, and they will help you understand the correct and legal ways to wholesale real estate.

I have personally spoken with a RE attorney who works with real estate agents that wholesale properties in Ohio. Neither of whom would risk their licenses to practice law or RE.
