I have been researching different platforms, and the one I've heard most about are Appfolio, Rent Manager, and Buildium.

You will find a lot of investors on this platform who you can connect with and possibly buy properties from them as well since they are turnkey providers as well.

Hi BP community:Twice in the last week on different platforms (Quora and Atlanta House Share) I've seen 2 posts from people saying that if a person is investing/providing housing that they should not be doing it as their sole income and from one, "They have no business doing this as sole income and the bank made a very serious mistake."   

If you read this post can you please give me advise and tell me how you started out with real estate investing and what resources and platforms you use.
