Building a single family rental aggregation platform
Im a international investor that wants to build a platform/company that acquires, renovates and rents single family homes in the US at scale(50+ a year). In the beginning I am planning to outsource property management and the renovations and concentrate on building the company.
As I can only be there 180 days (for tax reasons), I would like to know what would be the ideal position to hire someone as a W2 employee that would be there year round and also coordinate between contractors, PMs, brokers, lenders etc.
I am thinking of someone that could wear multiple hats, maybe an acquisitions/operations guy.
Would really appreciate anyones advice, especially people who experience with the aggregating platforms.
