Independent & awesome STR tool Your Porter is being bought up by a debt-laden, venture-backed company less than 10y old that now had a VC sitting on its board to ensure it's generating hockey stick profits. Pretty sure this means the end of Porter's reasonable $9/mo pricing model, which is deeply disappointing. The tech sector obsessed with skimming more and more off the top of those fat STR margins:
