Hey there,I am a business owner, located in Europe, and I am looking for a person who is just like me, a newbie investor, who has not invested yet, but has a lot of passion, drive and any business experience to invest (through syndication) in multifamily properties in USA (south, south east and south west).I have been involved in business ventures in the last 5+ years while working in various sectors, including marketing, aerospace and defense and e-learning.

I am today years old in terms of this forum and it's already provided a wealth of super useful information.

What areas seem like they are good today and have more potential over the next few years...I am looking to invest in multifamily properties this year under 600k...no brrr, no flipsAny feedback and response os very well appreciated.

I have self-managed a few properties long distance for several years. 

About 9 years ago.(2) additional interest gained when first owner passed leaving me and the other joint tenant as 50/50 owners.

I've never even heard of a due on sale clause being called in 17 years in the business. 

I have a great tenant, going on Year 4 in a SFH in an Indianapolis suburb. 

First step is to have 5 years+ of experience in buying, managing and selling commercial properties.

I'm considering purchasing a property in a city where the average household income is around $50k per year, and houses are selling for $250k to $300k.
