Hello family,

What zipcodes in East coast are best for multifamily in this current climate...in terms of occupancy rates, cash flow, appreciation? What areas are working out for you today? What areas seem like they are good today and have more potential over the next few years...I am looking to invest in multifamily properties this year under 600k...no brrr, no flips

Any feedback and response os very well appreciated. Thank you

@Femi Ajayi

Recommend you do your own research on this and visit the places you consider investing

There are 41,704 zip codes across country and no idea how many on east coast

Regarding cash flow and appreciation - they do not go hand in hand. Areas that are cash flowing are lower priced and do not appreciate as an asset that has appreciation but lower cash flow.

Lastly if you want a detailed response on BP it’s better to do research and ask detailed questions.
